Job summary

LeadStack Inc. is seeking a remote RFx Bid Manager to own end-to-end bid management for public sector proposals. This role oversees the lifecycle from documentation intake to final submission, coordinating with SMEs and ensuring compliant, compelling responses.

The position requires 5+ years in proposal development, proficiency with Salesforce, MS Office, and Google Workspace, and the ability to work across AMER and APAC time zones. Contract is 6 months, with pay at $35/hr on W2.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in proposal development / bid management.
• Experience running bids independently through the entire lifecycle.
• Proficient in coordinating with SMEs and scheduling calls.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert for processes unique to the public sector RFx/bid responses.
• Lead bid management and content development for tenders, RFIs, RFPs across SaaS/PaaS offerings for public sector, education, nonprofits.
• Support large-scale RFx efforts with cross-functional teams and multiple bidders.
• Participate in opportunity analysis and Go/No Go decisions.
• Develop bid/response plans and schedules for all bid phases with tight deadlines.
• Handle content preparation, revision, and submission; coordinate inputs from sales, engineering, security, legal, and compliance; liaise with responding partners; coordinate internal reviews.
• Structure, write, edit, and format response content tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop written questions for procurement and stay updated on amendments.
• Review customer requirements and craft compelling responses using boilerplate and AI tools.
• Create proposal policies and enable related teams on the process.
• Curate RFx content and maintain a library of public sector responses.
• Develop win themes and executive summaries; work with global RFx shared services for overflow.
• Conduct post-bid reviews and lessons learned to improve processes.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with urgency.
