Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an RFx Bid Manager to lead public sector proposals from strategy through submission. You will craft compliant responses for RFx, RFPs, and RFIs while coordinating with sales, engineering, security, and legal teams to produce compelling, accurate content.

The role emphasizes process excellence, content library maintenance, and collaboration with the global RFx COE to manage overflow and continuous improvement in the bid lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a proposal development/bid management role for government solicitations.
• Experience writing for SaaS/PaaS/IaaS in public sector contexts is preferred.
• Bachelor degree and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of public sector proposals in response to RFx/Tender requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, solution engineering, security, legal and compliance teams.
• Create, edit and format response content tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop bid plans and schedules across multiple RFx efforts and deadlines.
• Maintain proposal content libraries and win themes; support post-bid reviews.
