Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a contract Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative for a 100% remote role in the United States. The position focuses on payment assistance (co-pay, vouchers) and supporting patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals through an Opus Health program.

You will handle card activations, eligibility checks, and explanation of program benefits, with an opportunity to convert to a full-time IQVIA role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Call center experience is preferred (3+ years).
• Experience in medical claim processing is a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods.
• Assess user issues and provide first-level resolution.
• Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Work approximately 40 hours per week under moderate supervision.
• Available shifts include 8:00 am–5:00 pm, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, 10:00 am–7:00 pm, or 11:00 am–8:00 pm EST.
