Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of technical data analysis experience OR a Master's with 3+ years.
• Advanced Python/Pyspark experience.
• Advanced Databricks experience including Unity Catalog and Delta Lake.
• Experience refactoring and optimizing Python/Pyspark codebases.
• Experience building production data pipelines with schemas, validation, and logging.
• Advanced SQL with SQL Server integration.
• Git-based development practices: branching, PRs, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Ability to translate requirements between business and technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior leaders.
