Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a growth path into a proactive analytical partner who helps teams see around corners.

You’ll be embedded with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and challenge teams with insights they aren’t currently seeing.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL proficiency and ability to extract insights from unstructured data
• Ownership of reporting and data literacy to drive adoption across teams
• Ability to connect data to marketing performance, conversions and revenue levers
• LookML development or equivalent in BI tools with understanding of downstream impacts
• Curiosity and business depth to become a trusted analytical partner, not just a builder

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
