Job summary

Launch Potato is hiring a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals with a clear growth path into becoming a proactive analytical partner.

You’ll embed with the business from day one, partnering with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover meaningful trends, conduct retrospective analyses across experiments, and ensure insights drive action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI or analytics with exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Own reporting end-to-end from pipeline to dashboard and partner with business teams.
• Work with messy, complex, third‑party data to uncover meaningful trends.
• Translate data into actionable business decisions and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision‑making across verticals.
• Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and conduct retrospective analyses.
• Ensure dashboards are used, understood, and acted on rather than just produced.
• Develop a roadmap to standardize reporting across verticals and improve data consumption.
