Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You’ll partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and deliver actionable insights.

You will be embedded with the business from day one, driving standardization, proactive analytics, and a trusted data partnership that informs strategy and execution across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in business intelligence or analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• Experience owning reporting end-to-end from data ingestion to dashboard and partnering with business teams.
• Ability to work with messy, complex third-party data and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and perform retrospective analyses.
• Ensure dashboards are used and understood, not just delivered, driving actionable business insights.
• Develop scalable LookML structures and modern BI models with impact on downstream analytics.
