Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Retail Lending seeks a mid-level BI reporting analyst to develop and maintain dashboards and reports supporting the Mortgage Lending Division. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure regulatory reporting accuracy (HMDA, Fair Lending).

Proficiency in Power BI, SSRS, and SQL is required, with a focus on data quality and automation. Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI/SSRS).
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and SQL.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 2–4 years in BI/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements (HMDA, Fair Lending, state/federal).
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Perform data validation and develop exception reports.
• Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, SQL).
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support development of a data dictionary for Mortgage Lending data.
• Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools.
