Percepta is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to lead global benefits initiatives, process improvements, and vendor management. This remote role focuses on improving program effectiveness, leave administration, and wellbeing strategies to engage employees worldwide.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, compliance across geographies, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful benefits programs and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, leave management, and wellbeing programs.
• Experience leading benefits projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, leave regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience partnering with vendors and managing external service providers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits projects and process improvement initiatives across geographies while ensuring local compliance.
• Manage benefits administration including health, retirement, and voluntary programs.
• Oversee U.S. and global leave programs (FMLA, ADA) and governance standards.
• Develop and manage wellbeing programs to boost employee engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive change management for initiatives.
