Enviri seeks an experienced Benefits Administrator to manage U.S. health and welfare programs and leave processes. This individual collaborates with HR and Payroll to ensure compliant, consistent application and reporting.

You will analyze current benefits programs for competitiveness and cost effectiveness, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure accurate payroll reconciliation and open enrollment support. Remote role based in the U.S., ET business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience administering U.S. health and welfare benefit plans.
• FMLA and multi-state leave laws knowledge and application.
• Ability to interpret benefit plan documents and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Administer U.S. health and welfare programs and LOA processes across vendors and systems.
• Serve as primary liaison for employees on eligibility, coverage, and benefits questions.
• Manage leave administration including FMLA, state leave, disability, and parental leave.
• Prepare communications and reports; support open enrollment and audits.
• Maintain data integrity across benefits, leave, payroll, and vendor systems.
