- Strong computer navigation and organizational skills.
- Must commit to attending 100% online training and pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Respond to calls about benefits packages (401K, health, pension, payroll).
- Assist with website or application issues accessing benefits.
- Answer questions about products or services and enroll in benefits plans.
- Document customer interactions in the client system with accuracy.
- Transfer data from documents into the client system.
- Process transactions such as enrollments and updates to retirement elections.
- Conduct independent research to resolve customer cases while supporting the team.
