Job summary

AO Globe Life is expanding its fully remote team, welcoming graduates in business, marketing, or communications. This is a 100% remote, independent-contractor role with comprehensive training, licensing support, and an inbound-led pipeline, allowing you to build a mission-driven career from anywhere in the United States.

You will guide individuals through supplemental benefit options, enroll clients end-to-end, and maintain accurate digital records while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Heart for helping people and mission-driven work.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable with virtual meetings and using digital tools.
• Willing to obtain required professional licensing where applicable.
• Self-driven and organized, able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and Windows laptop with webcam.
• Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus.
