Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain any necessary licenses for the role.

• Comfort with virtual tools and video meetings.

Responsibilities

• Guide individuals through personalized supplemental benefit options.
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients.
• Walk clients through enrollment clearly and professionally.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service and maintain digital records.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships; support follow-up.
