AO Globe Life is a fully remote, mission-driven organization seeking individuals for a client-focused role in business, marketing, or communications. Training and mentorship are provided as you work with inbound client interest from anywhere in the U.S.

In this independent contractor position, you will conduct virtual consultations, present benefit options, and support clients through enrollment. No prior insurance experience is required, with licensing guidance offered.

Competenze

• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required.
• A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools.
