Qualifications

• Customer service or consultative background is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Reliable internet with a Windows laptop/PC and webcam is required.
• Confident in virtual meetings and comfortable with digital tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain licensing as needed.
