Qualifications

• Remote work readiness and ability to operate in a virtual environment.
• Customer service or consultative experience preferred.
• Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools.

• Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Take part in continued mentorship and team development.
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism.
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs.
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
• Build lasting client relationships.
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.
