Greene Resources is seeking a Benefits Data Specialist to join a dynamic team. You will correct plan-level and member enrollment data to ensure accurate benefits administration in cloud systems.

Responsibilities include resolving mismatches, working with carriers, and maintaining thorough documentation while protecting sensitive information under HIPAA. This is a remote, full-time role aligned with CST/EST zones.

Responsabilités

• Complete corrections in response to mismatches identified.
• Research and resolve root cause issues from QA staff.
• Collaborate with carriers on retroactive or standard requests related to member eligibility.
• Make corrections to BenAdmin to reflect proper enrollment.
• Maintain documentation per workflows and procedures.
