Daybright Financial is seeking an Associate, Enrollment Services to join our Shared Services segment and serve as the first point of contact for plan participants, handling calls, emails, and chats while upholding company policies.

This role offers fully remote work arrangements with on-site or hybrid options at our Harrisburg, PA office for in-person collaboration. You will ensure accurate record keeping, HIPAA compliance, and reliable client support.

Qualificações

• Life & Health insurance license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment, or experience in retail banking, pension/retirement plan and/or benefits administration.
• Ability to understand and calculate mathematical concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division—especially important for confirming payroll deductions for the client.
• Strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and strong problem-solving abilities are needed.
• Reliable attendance record, professional voice tone and demeanor, and strong attention to detail accuracy is required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming & make outbound calls and take appropriate action for each call depending on basis of the call and the needs of the plan participant, employee, etc.
• Educate callers on their available benefits and assist in making informed benefits decisions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction & meet call center metrics based on assignments.
• Use company or client policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if issue requires managerial inclusion.
• Input data into the various computer platforms as required by Company and Clients to keep each caller’s record updated.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between the operating hours of 8am-8pm, Mondays through Fridays.
