Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking an Enrollment & Eligibility Representative to support benefits eligibility, payroll contributions, and account reconciliation. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; experience in accounting or insurance administration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of data entry and account-balancing experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including comfort with calculations and reviewing detailed information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Ability to achieve at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour on a data-entry assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a detail-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process employer payroll reports, work-hour records, and participant contributions.
• Calculate and verify eligibility based on established work-hour and benefit requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies in reported hours, contributions, and payments.
• Review incoming electronic files, identify errors, and resolve processing exceptions.
• Process participant payments, adjustments, refunds, and related account transactions.
• Maintain accurate participant, employer, and account information.
• Review supporting documentation to confirm eligibility and ensure records are complete.
• Process enrollment forms and verify supporting documentation.
• Review benefit eligibility and provide accurate account information.
• Maintain retiree and continuation-of-coverage accounts.
• Assist with retiree benefit questions and related account inquiries.
• Process applicable benefit claims and ensure information is handled accurately.
• Respond to occasional questions from participants and other stakeholders by phone, email, or written correspondence.
