Centro Benefits Research is seeking Benefits Counselors to educate employees on employer-sponsored insurance options and assist with enrollment through various channels. The role supports collaboration with Account Executives and Call Center Managers, while offering a flexible schedule and potential remote work from a call center.

Candidates should have knowledge of life, health, and voluntary benefits, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of life, health, and voluntary insurance products.
• Excellent communication skills to educate employees and interpret needs.
• Ability to manage schedules and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or overnight shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Educate employees on benefit programs via face-to-face, phone, or web consultations.
• Assist employees with enrollment on electronic platforms.
• Ensure applications are completed accurately and submitted in compliance with privacy policies.
• Participate in training sessions and collaborate with Account Executives to meet client standards.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Document all activities timely and attend required meetings/training.
