You will be responsible for assisting employees with benefits questions related to medical, dental, and vision insurance. This role requires previous experience with open enrollment and a current Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License. The position offers flexible hours and various benefits including 401k and health insurance.

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.60/hr

Schedule

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm EST (Can be flexible)

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT
• Experience with open enrollment
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License Required (need to have current/active CA license - will need to obtain Washington, Arizona, Iowa and Indiana prior to starting)
• Errors and Omissions Insurance
• Strong computer skills (must pass Computer Literacy assessment)
• High school diploma or GED

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Benefit Counselor you will…

• Answering benefits questions for all core products available to employees: medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and all voluntary and miscellaneous products.
• ID card assistance
• Finding in-network providers
• Benefit administration login and password resets
