Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain required state licensing, if applicable.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Walk individuals through supplemental benefit options.
• Support the enrollment process end to end with professionalism.
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs.
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Take part in continued mentorship and team development.
