AO Globe Life offers a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity focused on delivering supplemental benefits to clients across the United States. You will participate in mentorship, build client relationships, and guide clients through consultation and enrollment via Zoom.

No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and ongoing development are provided to help you grow in a performance-based role.

Qualifications

Must obtain appropriate Life & Health Insurance license before conducting licensed activities.
Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and computer setup.
Experience with virtual meetings and digital tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in mentorship and team development.
Cultivate long-term client relationships.
Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions.
Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
Guide individuals and families through tailored supplemental benefits.
Support enrollment from start to finish with professionalism.
Capture and manage documentation and follow-ups accurately.
