AO Globe Life is seeking a motivated individual to guide families through supplemental benefit options in a fully remote capacity. You will conduct virtual consultations, build strong client relationships, and manage enrollment with professional, service-oriented support.

The role includes training, licensing guidance, and ongoing mentorship, with performance-based earnings for a flexible, remote career. The ideal candidate values customer service, is self-motivated, and can work independently

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop/PC with webcam
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Willingness to obtain required licensing if applicable to the position

Responsabilités

• Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Conduct client consultations virtually using Zoom
• Deliver client-centered service and develop long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communications
• Participate in mentorship and team development; support enrollment from start to finish
