You will leverage strong Excel skills and benefits knowledge to produce reports, cost models, and enrollment materials while coordinating onboarding and carrier implementations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in benefits consulting or healthcare and can operate in the US.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in benefits consulting or healthcare.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create customer deliverables such as benefit guides and cost modeling.
• Support RFP processes with data gathering and plan comparison.
• Serve as project manager for insurance carrier implementation.
• Execute onboarding tasks for new Bennie customers.
• Assist QA activities like enrollment audits and billing reviews.
• Support annual customer account planning and process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
