Bennie, a leading employee benefits services and technology firm, is seeking a Benefits Analyst for a fully remote position based in the United States. You will support the consulting delivery team by delivering cost models, enrollment materials, and customer reporting to ensure excellent client outcomes.

The role requires 1–2 years in benefits consulting or healthcare, strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work in the US.

Formación

• Experience using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a professional setting.
• 1–2 years of experience in benefits consulting or healthcare.
• Ability to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the customer delivery team to create deliverables such as benefit guides and cost modeling.
• Support the RFP process including data gathering and plan comparison.
• Serve as project manager for insurance carrier implementations for assigned customers.
• Execute onboarding tasks for new Bennie customers.
• Support QA activities including enrollment audits and billing reviews.
• Assist with annual customer account planning for all assigned customers.
• Contribute to process improvements in Bennie’s consulting and service model.
• Build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
