Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager for Employee Benefits. The role supports Eastern and Central Time Zones with on-site support in Longwood, FL, and leads Benefits account management under Producer direction.

You will handle client service, renewals, new client setup, data management, and identify sales opportunities while upholding IOA core values. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the industry with active licensing and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active license required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team with a strong work ethic and collaboration.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and assign tasks.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client education.
• Manage renewals, data updates, and carrier communications.
• Build and improve client relationships while upholding IOA values.
