You will oversee renewals, new business setup, data management, and client education while driving service excellence and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Required active licensing.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance targets are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service and respond quickly to requests.
• Lead the account team and coordinate tasks and expectations.
• Direct daily activities of Account Coordinators and monitor execution.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Oversee new business setup, data gathering, and client education.
• Manage renewals with data checks, rate gathering, and audits.
• Build strong client relationships and advocate for clients and carriers.
