The position supports remote work across Eastern and Central time zones with occasional on-site needs and branch coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Active licensing required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and decision‑making skills.
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure performance requirements are met.
• Deliver outstanding client service and maintain professional communication.
• Lead the account team and direct daily activities of Account Coordinators.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities to grow IOA business.
• Coordinate new business setup, renewals, and data management.
• Maintain client relationships and advocate for clients and carriers.
