Job summary

BCInsourcing, a Lockton Company, is a leading benefits communication firm headquartered in Kansas City, delivering customized benefit communications to employees across the United States. This remote Customer Service Representative role provides support via phone and email, guiding employees through benefit options and enrollment while maintaining high professionalism.

It is a remote position with an 8-hour shift between 8:00am–8:00pm Central time, shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent or equivalent years of applicable experience.
• Former customer service experience.
• Bilingual - English and Spanish fluency, verbal and written, per client requirement
• Working knowledge of insurance products, including core and voluntary benefits

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, and counsels employees on their individual benefit options using a high level of professionalism and knowledge.
• Accept inbound service calls from employees regarding benefit plans and enrollments, and assist with password resets.
• Conduct outbound service calls and benefit support telephonically to educate and address employee questions in order to effectively counsel.
• Schedule benefit reviews for employees.
• Enters employee and enrollment information into appropriate systems at time of enrollment, and completes paper applications as necessary.
• Uses effective time management skills to meet employee availability and manage business needs to achieve company goals while meeting schedule adherence.
• Maintain customer service by working with supervisor and appropriate parties to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved thoroughly and accurately.
• Adheres to quality assurance and compliance standards and practices as well as all company policies and processes as directed.
