Job summary

BCInsourcing seeks a remote client ambassador to engage with Welbehealth leadership and employee groups, providing guidance on life, health and voluntary benefits while exercising independent judgment to build strong relationships across departments.

You will travel as needed or work remotely to counsel employees, manage enrollment decisions, maintain licensure compliance, and support annual open enrollment, adapting to client needs with proactive communication and professional service.

Qualifications

• Proven relationship-building experiences and professional communication skills.
• Must reside in approved states for remote eligibility.
• Self-directed with strong time management and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing as ambassador to Welbehealth and engages with department leaders.
• Provides SME-certified-license knowledge in HR/Benefit meetings and client sessions.
• Decides outreach strategy while supporting total rewards initiatives.
• Counsels employees about core and voluntary benefit options across locations or remotely.
• Responds to service requests with self-directed time management and timely answers.
• Analyzes census data to tailor reach-out strategies for new and existing employees.
• Inputs enrollment decisions accurately using approved systems and licensure rules.
• Develops communication strategies to educate employees and interact with client partners.
• Maintains a professional work environment and escalates issues to leadership as needed.
• Obtains and maintains Life, Health, and Accident Insurance Producer’s License and pursues ongoing education.
