Job summary

Spade Recruiting is seeking a customer support representative to guide union and association members through benefit options and ensure accurate information capture. This fully remote role uses online systems, phone calls, and video meetings to support members from start to finish.

You will manage calls, schedule virtual appointments, explain eligibility, and assist with forms while maintaining digital records.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with computers, online forms and video meetings.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the US or Canada.
• Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with union and association members to explain benefit options.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with members requesting information.
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments to review options.
• Explain programs, eligibility, and next steps clearly.
• Assist with forms, applications, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate digital records and review completed files.
• Participate in training, coaching and mentorship sessions.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to provide consistent support.
• Fully remote role using online systems, phone and video meetings.
