Spade Recruiting is seeking a remote Client Support Associate to help individuals and families understand available benefit options. You will guide clients through steps, answer questions, and provide ongoing support to ensure confidence in their decisions.

You’ll operate in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling and ongoing training, plus opportunities for mentorship and leadership growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule.
• Comfort using Zoom, email and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through scheduled appointments.
• Explain benefit programs and coverage options clearly.
• Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support.
• Assist with digital applications, updates and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up information.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Participate in coaching, training and leadership development opportunities.
