Spade Recruiting is seeking a remote client support specialist to educate members about benefit options and guide them through the virtual experience. You will communicate by phone and video, answer questions, and assist with applications.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for leadership and advancement in a 100% remote environment across North America.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential.
• Comfort with basic computer use and online tools.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Customer service or client-facing experience beneficial but not required.
