Spade Recruiting is seeking a remote customer support/education representative to guide families through benefit options. You will coordinate appointments, host virtual consultations, and discuss coverage needs with clients who have requested information.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online platforms.

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating appointments with individuals and families who have requested benefit information.
• Hosting virtual consultations (Zoom or phone) to walk clients through their options.
• Discussing coverage needs and helping families identify plans that fit their circumstances.
• Maintaining ongoing relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Using an established training system designed to help new representatives succeed.
• Setting and achieving personal goals, with opportunities to move into leadership as you grow.
• This position is focused on education, service, and support—not pressure-based selling.
