Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to join daily huddles.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone support to minimize missed calls and handle follow-ups.
• Verify insurance coverage and process prior authorizations as needed.
• Manage scheduling for patients and referrals across locations.
• Support with patient intake, faxes, and EHR workflows using Kareo.
