Trillium Health Resources is seeking a Provider Services Representative I to provide non-clinical administrative support to network providers, staff, and stakeholders. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, ensuring accurate and prompt assistance, and triaging inquiries to the appropriate Trillium unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year clerical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must reside within North Carolina and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls for a call center, focusing on customer service.
• Process sensitive, confidential and complex information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare, process, and review oral and written material.
• Assist in the preparation of informational documents, reports and/or special projects.
• Answer and resolve caller’s questions, concerns, inquiries and complaints.
• Perform general clerical work such as scheduling meetings and recording meeting minutes.
