Center for Change is seeking a dynamic Business Development Outreach Representative to expand its national referral network and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, schools, and community partners. This remote role supports growth and patient access to care across the United States.

The position emphasizes strategic outreach, data-driven territory management, and collaboration with Admissions to achieve departmental goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• Minimum of two years in healthcare outreach, marketing, or referral development.
• Knowledge of eating disorders, mental health, or behavioral healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic outreach plans to expand Center for Change’s referral network.
• Build and maintain relationships with therapists, physicians, hospitals, schools, and community partners.
• Identify, cultivate and convert new referral sources; re-engage inactive accounts.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual visits, outreach, and follow-ups with partners.
• Meet or exceed outreach and growth performance targets.
• Analyze referral trends and market opportunities to guide territory planning.
• Collaborate with Admissions for seamless referral tracking and partner satisfaction.
• Document outreach activities and partner information in CRM.
