Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Clinical Partnerships Representative to drive patient access by building strategic relationships with healthcare and community organizations across a national territory. Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to maximize provider relationships within a territory.
• Nurture new and existing provider partnerships through virtual and in-person meetings, events, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to drive patient acquisition and admissions goals.
• Manage data and reports in CRM to track territory performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Represent Equip at conferences and sponsorship opportunities to expand market reach.
