Qualifications

• 2 years Behavioral Health care experience.
• 1+ years Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency with computer skills including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.
• Must have wired residential broadband with minimum speeds 25 Mbps/3 Mbps; partial reimbursement may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive support to behavioral health clinical teams supporting member engagement and quality care.
• Educates members about available specialty programs and solicits participation.
• Assists members locate services and facilitates follow-up calls.
• Collects information on patient progress and adherence to treatment plans.
• Provides information about mental health and substance abuse benefits and policies.
• Works with clinicians to ensure healthy outcomes for members.
• Performs various administrative duties and ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
