Renaissance Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective clients through admissions and intake for substance use and behavioral health treatment. The role involves responding to inquiries, conducting pre-admission screenings, verifying benefits, and coordinating pre-authorizations to ensure a smooth transition into treatment.

Competenze

• At least one year of admissions or intake experience in behavioral health, SUD, or related setting.
• Experience handling intake calls and gathering sensitive client information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document and follow up.
• Experience with EMR/CRM systems and maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.; remote-friendly or remote-capable role.

• Respond promptly to admissions inquiries via calls and online referrals.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and families; explain admissions process clearly.
• Conduct pre-admission screenings; collect demographic, clinical, insurance data.
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage accurately; coordinate pre-authorizations.
• Enter and maintain client data in Kipu EMR and Zoho CRM; manage admission docs.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support appropriate placement.
• Escalate concerns or barriers to admission to the appropriate team member.
• Follow up with clients, families, and referral sources throughout admissions.
