Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a dedicated Admissions Coordinator to ensure client admissions into our programs, maintaining eligibility criteria through pre-admission evaluations. The role is remote with occasional on-site visits and requires coordinating with staff for transportation and pre-intake requirements.

The candidate will handle calls, manage data entry, EMR updates, and documentation, while supporting admission processes and collaboration with nurses and medical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the Substance Use field (required).
• Preferred understanding of substance use and the recovery process.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Preferred previous call center/sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from prospective clients or their families seeking treatment.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Admission Evaluation process.
• Provide Utilization Review with all required documentation for admission support.
• Complete patient charts/EMR with pertinent information.
• Input relevant patient data into databases.
• Offer administrative support as necessary.
• Coordinate Evaluation and Admission in collaboration with facility staff, Admission Nurses, and Medical Staff.
