Tutor Me Education LLC is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA professionals to provide 1:1 and small group virtual behavior intervention and academic support to students nationwide. Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred, or equivalent ABA/Psychology/Special Education experience.
• Experience 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Comfort coaching with parents/guardians on-screen for environmental modifications and prompting.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals.
• Strong virtual instruction skills with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Pass a background check; reliable computer, internet, and quiet workspace.

What you'll do

• Deliver engaging, individualized virtual behavior support and academic coaching tailored to each student's behavioral goals, accommodations, and unique learning profile.
• Implement structured behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA, focusing on skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and reducing challenging behaviors that impact learning.
• Adapt instruction and reinforcement in real time based on student focus, engagement, and emotional regulation, utilizing creative digital rewards and interactive tools to maintain momentum.
• Track behavior data diligently during sessions and communicate effectively with families, supervising BCBAs, and, where applicable, school district partners.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB preferred, or equivalent experience/education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Special Education.
• Experience working 1:1 with individuals on the Autism Spectrum or with developmental and behavioral needs.
• Comfort with coaching or collaborating with parents or guardians on-screen to assist with environmental modifications and physical prompting when necessary.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills — comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace.
• Preferred (not required): Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
