ICONS | America LLC is seeking a proactive, results-driven professional for cosmetic and beauty packaging development, specializing in tubes and in-mold labeled (IML) tubes. You will be the primary contact for new IML clients, driving growth and managing key accounts remotely.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of tubes, excellent communication, and a proven sales track record. This position is remote with monthly travel to our North Carolina IML factory and reports to the VP of Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in business development and/or sales in cosmetic packaging, tubes.
• Strong product knowledge in cosmetic packaging.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the beauty industry for IMI tubes across the U.S.
• Develop and manage accounts to track milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Research opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new client relationships to expand business.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Support growth by attending client meetings, appointments, and trade shows.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication of information to internal departments.
• Respond promptly to client calls and meetings to resolve daily issues with teams in NC and Asia.
• Achieve designated sales targets and goals.
