Job summary
SKIMS Beauty is seeking a Packaging Development Manager to design and develop primary and secondary packaging across its portfolio. The role blends creative excellence with technical rigor, translating brand vision into manufacturable packaging solutions.
You will partner with Product Development, Brand, Creative, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver packaging that is iconic and scalable, while supporting sustainability initiatives and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of packaging design experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods, or luxury brands.
- Strong portfolio showing packaging design, structure thinking, and brand expression.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with 3D mockups and advanced packaging tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design primary and secondary packaging across beauty categories.
- Translate brand strategy into functional packaging concepts and dielines.
- Develop structures and artwork in collaboration with engineers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality and Operations to ensure compliant, scalable packaging.
