HighLevel is seeking an apprentice in India for a 6-month remote position. You will handle customer emails, chats, and calls, schedule meetings, and welcome customers into our video meeting room while learning to manage time and stay organized.

You will work with a supportive team, train on Google Calendar/Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Excel, and gain experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or working toward one).
• Excellent English communication, able to explain things clearly to customers.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn tools like Google Calendar.
• Friendly phone, email, and chat communication style.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced day.
• Comfortable working from home, on camera.

Responsabilités

• Learn to understand different customer needs and communication styles so every customer feels welcomed.
• Greeting customers, updating the call queue, managing the waiting room, and replying to texts and emails.
• Setting up basic customer account info when needed.
• Answering calls, chats, and emails and booking appointments for the team.
• Keeping track of customer info and ensuring tasks pass to the right team in the CRM.
• Help create good habits for how the video waiting room should run.
• Entering information into spreadsheets or updating calendars.
• Answering and forwarding phone calls.
• Sending customers short surveys to rate their experience.
• Keeping an eye on systems to ensure everything works properly.
• Assist with urgent customer issues and keep the team organized with reminders.
