Inflow’s Harbour Light Digital brand is seeking a Business Development Representative to be the first voice operators hear from. You will target senior living operators, owners and sales leaders, qualify prospects, and book Growth Audit meetings while logging activities in the CRM.

The role emphasizes 40+ daily dials, multi-touch outreach, and a data-driven approach to improve messaging and conversions. Fully remote with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a phone-heavy outbound role such as BDR/SDR or appointment setting.
• Track record of meeting targets with cited numbers.
• Clear, confident phone presence when calling executives.
• Resilience: view 'no' as data and try again.
• Strong written emails: short, specific, personal.
• Remote work readiness and daily plan discipline.
• Coachable and quick to apply feedback.
• Accurate, same-day CRM logging.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target lists of senior living operators, owners and sales leaders.
• Research communities before outreach: ownership changes, leadership changes, visibility.
• Make 40+ outbound calls daily with personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Run multi-touch sequences and persist through objections.
• Reach the right decision maker and book Growth Audit meetings.
• Log every activity in CRM the same day and report weekly metrics.
• Share patterns from calls to improve messaging and segments.
