PolicyMe Corp. is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to fuel growth in Canada and beyond. You’ll manage inbound and outbound engagement, qualify leads, and move prospects through the insurance journey, with opportunities to grow into an Insurance Advisor role.

This remote-first role leverages HubSpot to track interactions and optimize conversions, in a supportive, high-performing team. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success and Operations to refine outreach strategies,

Competenze

• Experience or interest in sales/business development or client-facing roles (open to new grads)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to use data and feedback to improve outreach performance
• CRM familiarity and strong follow-up discipline

Mansioni

• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings with high quality prospects
• Drive inbound/outbound outreach with urgency and maintain a high-volume cadence
• Convert incomplete applications into active opportunities and guide customers through purchase journey
• Collaborate with Advisor and Operations teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion
• Maintain HubSpot records with detailed notes for seamless handoffs
• Meet or exceed monthly conversion and engagement targets
• Represent PolicyMe professionally and client-focused
