Job summary

PolicyMe Corp. is seeking a remote Home & Auto Insurance Advisor to accelerate growth in Canada and beyond. You’ll handle a high-volume inbound pipeline, close policies via calls, texts, and emails, and use HubSpot to keep a clean, forecastable funnel.

A builder mindset and strong consultative selling skills are essential for exceeding targets while ensuring compliant, customer-first service. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to refine digital experiences and deliver transparent

Qualifications

Licensed P&C advisor in Ontario (RIBO Level 1 or higher).
3+ years selling personal lines (Home & Auto) in high-volume or digital sales.
Entrepreneurial builder mentality with process-improvement mindset.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consultative sales.
Strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene with inbound leads.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on Home & Auto options using digital platform and product expertise.
Handle high-volume inbound leads and close policies via phone, SMS, and email.
Track touchpoints in HubSpot and maintain clean, forecastable pipeline.
Recommend coverage based on customer needs with a consultative approach.
Develop sales scripts, sequences, and follow-ups to improve metrics.
Collaborate with engineering/product to refine digital experiences and performance.
