Job summary

PolicyMe, Canada's leading digital insurance solution, is hiring a Home & Auto Insurance Advisor to join our remote-first team. You will educate customers on Home & Auto options using our digital platform, manage a high-volume inbound pipeline, and close policies via phone, SMS, and email.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will help refine sales processes, track interactions in HubSpot, and ensure compliance with RIBO guidelines while delivering honest, customer-centric service to

Qualifications

• Licensed P&C advisor in Ontario (RIBO Level 1 or higher).
• 3+ years selling personal lines (Home & Auto), ideally in high-volume/digital sales.
• Builder mentality with track record of improving processes (scripts, sequences, follow-up).
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a consultative sales environment with inbound pipeline.
• Strong pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and CRM hygiene.
• Excellent communication; consultative style; ability to explain coverage clearly.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and customer-first mindset.
• Experience with digital-first distributor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Home & Auto options using PolicyMe's platform.
• Manage a high-volume inbound pipeline, closing policies via phone, SMS, and email.
• Track touchpoints in HubSpot; keep pipeline clean and forecastable.
• Recommend coverage based on needs with a balanced view of protection and price.
• Refine sales scripts and sequences; contribute to playbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to improve digital experiences.
